Dr. Lena Ma is a board-certified Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, registered and in good standing with, the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Life Sciences (Hons) degree as well as a Bachelor of Music (Classical Voice). Dr. Ma then received her post-graduate degree in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
She currently runs a family practice dedicated to delivering quality, individualized healthcare to her patients using a combination of modalities including diet and nutritional supplementation, botanical medicine, TCM acupuncture, comprehensive lab testing, and vitamin B12 injections. Dr. Ma has a special interest in the areas of women’s health, endocrinology, digestive concerns, and pain management.
Dr. Ma is also certified to provide facial rejuvenation acupuncture, a non-surgical and non-toxic anti-aging technique for a natural face-lift.

Johnny Hu is a registered chiropodist in the province of Ontario. He graduated from the Chiropody program at the Michener Institute in Toronto and holds a D.Ch. designation. Johnny also holds a double major degree in Neuroscience and Physiology from the University of Toronto.
His clinical experience includes the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (TRI), Newmarket Foot Centre, Rexdale Community Health Centre, and works in collaboration at multidisciplinary clinics in GTA with other professionals, including physiotherapists and chiropractors. Johnny is an active member of the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CFPM).

Ac) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) in good standing. Kim's approach to healthcare is centered around providing personalized and comprehensive care to his patients. By taking a whole-person approach, he considers not only their physical health but also their emotional, social, and spiritual needs to identify the underlying cause of their health problems. This allows him to create tailored treatment plans that aim to improve the patient's overall well-being in the long run. Kim's goal is to provide the best care possible by addressing the root cause of health issues, rather than simply treating the symptoms. By doing so, he believes that he can make a significant positive impact on his patients' lives and help them achieve optimal health outcomes.

With strong interests in human anatomy and movements, Vicky studied Kinesiology at McMaster University and subsequently completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at Western University. She is an active member in the community where she volunteered as a medical practitioner in multiple major sports events and as a representative of the Physiotherapy Association in medical conferences to promote the physiotherapy profession. She was also involved in the profession as a clinical instructor and an examiner for the physiotherapy competency exam. Vicky has special interests in oncology where she works with clients who are recovering from or receiving cancer treatment. In addition to her Physiotherapist title, Vicky is a Certified Lymphatic Therapist who received extensive training in complete decongestive therapy. She is also rostered to provide care related to pelvic health and pregnancy. Vicky has experience treating clients with injuries sustained from sports, daily activities and workplace and motor vehicle accidents.

Franklin “Frank” Jimenez graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (1995). He has 25 years of experience working in multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinics. He focuses on sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, and therapeutic exercise.
Throughout his career, Frank has had extensive experience in Post MVA therapy, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue Technique. He creates a specific kind of massage according to the patient’s needs. It is important for the prevention, rehabilitation, maintenance of conditions and healing of injuries as well as the relaxation and education of his patients. He believes that he can help patients to achieve life balance through individual wellness.

As a registered chiropractor, Dr. Dustin Yen’s expertise is in diagnosing, treating, and preventing conditions affecting nerves, muscles, and joints. His treatments for ailments including neck pain, headaches, back pain, and repetitive sprain/strain are based on the latest evidence and clinical guidelines. Additionally, Dr. Yen has a keen interest in treating sports-related injuries as he has been, and continues to be an avid badminton player.
In order to help patients to achieve their functional goals, Dr. Yen utilizes a variety of techniques and skills including spinal manipulative therapy, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, therapeutic modalities, and rehabilitative exercises. Additional conditions treated include concussion, TMJ dysfunction, as well as vestibular rehabilitation.
Dr. Yen graduated from Western University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Dr. Yen received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2016 through the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Charmaine Tong is a registered social worker and psychotherapist in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Social Work (Hons) degree and further pursued her education at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she received a post-graduate degree in Social Work. Charmaine has experience working with individuals and families who require support for psychological issues arising from emotional and behavioral issues, relational issues, mental health issues, and major stressful events such as motor vehicle accident injuries. She primarily works from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, incorporating acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and a strength-based approach to best support her clients on their journeys. Charmaine is committed to collaboratively working with her clients to strategically develop treatment plans and interventions that help restore hope and empower them to walk their recovery journeys with boldness and confidence. She believes every story matters and is passionate about listening to her clients' deepest desires and needs.
